Today was a day of work and writing and singing. I finished my first draft of my novel a few days ago, so I moved onto some uni writing, a short story. I did a bit of in-day meditation, though maybe it turned into more of a just lie down and relax rather than a specific dream oriented session. Other dream prep was ok though.
Dreams
12.48am – A very early dream, though little enough of it was recalled. There was a group of people who traded and bought crashed aeroplanes at auction. There was usually a profit in selling the luggage that came with it. But this one was completely empty.
5.08am – A place called the Vallon Spire, which was home to many ghost and spirits. They wanted out, to be free, but to do this they needed to convince people to kill them as ghosts. But no one wanted to. So to try and convince them the ghosts took the forms of the other lost loved ones and tried to confuse the living into becoming ghost murderers.
7.48am – A really fun dream, I think. There was nudity and sex, as well as a part about mind-control or a spilt personality. I had an False Awakening, where I was back in my old flat and recalling this dream (perfectly recalled by the way, very detailed), but I was distracted by the artistic monkey that my sister had brought over. He was drawing and painting masterpieces. Next to him were two members of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ cast, explaining that the original title was actually ‘The Empire Tries Again, and Does Better’. Needless to say the original dream was lost when I actually did wake up, despite lengthy recall attempts.
8.30am – My girlfriend and I were playing and failing at a game of ‘Supermarket Sweep’, though all of the food was real and the inflatables were off limits for points. When we got home afterwards, we were informed by the neighbours that there was a man breaking into peoples houses and watching them sleep, he was called Uncle Dave. It was really quite creepy, so I made a mental note that every time I woke in the night to write down my dreams, I had to check to see if he was standing there watching us sleep. This thought didn’t trigger any kind of lucid thinking or reality check unfortunately, though it really should have done. – My girlfriend and I were playing and failing at a game of ‘Supermarket Sweep’, though all of the food was real and the inflatables were off limits for points.
